OUR FACILITY
SPECS: EH Systems' highly coveted 103,000+ square foot facility and its state-of-the-art SIP equipment, purchased from Pulte Home Sciences in early 2008, give the Company the flexibility and capacity to meet the demands of its customers. Multiple lines of equipment produce Jumbo SIPs (8' wide by up to 24' in length) and 4’ SIPs (4' wide by up to 24' in length) to accommodate a variety of customer needs. EHS also touts the ability to manufacture steel studs and open web truss floor systems.
LOCATION: The EH Systems plant is located in New Braunfels, TX. The site is a short distance from IH35 which runs between Austin and San Antonio. This central location places the company within easy access of many large Texas cities as well as the popular Texas Hill Country. This location also affords the company with access to the San Antonio land port and Gulf ports including The Port of Houston. Our centrally located facility in Texas translates to lower shipping costs for our wide range of customers compared to competitors in the north and on the coast.
The plant also serves EHS customers though its Construction Design Services department and BSR (builder support representatives) program.
