Leadership Team

 

EH Systems ("EHS") takes pride in its strategy to retain only the most highly skilled workforce.  Senior management has had extensive leadership experience and developed skills and talents in manufacturing, production, process improvement, construction, and finance & accounting.


President- Robert (Bob) Votteler

Mr. Votteler is the President of EHS and VP-CFO of the parent company Andover Capital Group. He has had a 30 year career in accounting and finance with both public and private companies. His experiences included treasury operations for a one billion dollar parking operator and fifteen years in various financial roles within the senior housing industry. His responsibilities included risk management, treasury, administration and financing for various real estate and construction projects within these industries. His current role includes strategic planning and business development. He earned a Masters Degree in Accounting from Nova Southeastern University in Florida.

Vice President & Chief Operating Officer- William (Bill) Stipanovich

Mr. Stipanovich is a manager with solid experience in operations, materials, supply chain management, manufacturing/process engineering, and quality system management in a diverse array of products, services and industries. He joined EHS in 2007 during the Company’s initial R&D phase and coordinated the Company’s move to its current 103,000 square foot facility as well as the relocation and installation of the automated production equipment purchased from Pulte Home Sciences in 2008. His successful experience with Lean, Kaizen and Six Sigma methodologies and supply chain management help set EHS leadership apart from other SIP manufactures.

Vice President of Finance- Robert G (Greg) Huffine

Greg Huffine joined the parent company of EHS, Andover Capital Group, in 2006 as Vice President-Finance reporting directly to the CFO.   Huffine brings experience primarily from the construction industry and his expertise in accounting and finance as well as management over multiple operational and administrative departments throughout his career carries over to his role in the manufacturing operation at EHS. Huffine is a graduate of Vanderbilt University (B.S.) and Lipscomb University (M.B.A.), an active Certified Public Accountant and a member of the AICPA.

Director of Operations- Jayme Cardwell

Mr. Cardwell joined EHS with extensive experience as in quality engineering as well as production management and manufacturing engineering. His current responsibilities include all aspects of the Company’s fabrication operations. He is responsible for the Plant’s production schedule and as such manages all manufacturing and manufacturing support employees. The Company’s commitment to quality and consistency is enhanced by Mr. Cardwell’s experience with ISO and other quality standards as well as supplier quality audits.


Engineering Manager- Randy Carroll-Bradd

Mr. Carroll-Bradd is a manufacturing engineer with a history of process improvement successes in the manufacturing industry. His background includes continuous improvement management and six sigma “black belt” projects that improved manufacturing operations for companies in the automotive and electronic industry. He also has experience in the insulated concrete form industry. His current position with EHS requires his skills in quality manufacturing and just in time delivery techniques. Randy oversees production and assists with plant logistics.
